Left eye is being put over both eyes

Both of my headset eyes are being given the left eye render. This is extremely disorienting during gameplay for me since im right eyed. I was willing to try to get an eye patch and put taht over my characters right eye, but that only made the problem more obvious, as the eye path for the right eye does nothing to my vision, but the left eye patch covers both eyes.

Now... i am on linux. PopOS 22.04 LTS, using Proton 5.13 and SteamVR 1.14... so maybe this is just a linux moment. However, this problem only persists in this game. I can play boneworks with the same setup and compatibility settings, which runs on the same (ish) engine.

So, anyone have a solution? If not, then i guess this is a bug report.
