why is my game lagging so much?

i dont have any other tabs open besides gorilla tag, steam vr, and oculus link but my game is extremely laggy. i have a good pc, yesterday it was working but now its super laggy. anyone know how to fix?

i have an AMD Ryzen 5000 Series 9 and Geforce RTX 3080 and I have this same issue, except everything is in slow motion.

what are you using to launch steam vr? if steam link use virtual desktop yes a bit overpriced but worth it.

as i said use virtual desktop and if still continueing turn the settings down in streaming and settings

It doesn’t matter what app you use. I use Virtual desktop and Pico connect and they have exactly the same problem
