Says 0 players online

Does anyone know how to fix this? I just got unbanned and it says 0 players online and wont let me join a server. also the leader board outside is blank until I go outside to it and the leaderboard in city is also like that but it always has nothing on it. I have unistalled the game, steam, and steamVR multiple times

I was playing gtag on my computer and it says 0 players online and random players banned yesterday

I updated the monke mod manager and it still says zero. I have done a lot to try to fix it and it still says 0 players online and a random number of people banned yesterday. If any of you guys can help please reply to this and you get Gucci Banana.

TMA Unbanner does not work anymore, as Lemming has broken all unbanners. Using Unbanners will not solve this guys issue as well.
