Gorrila tag arm glitch

I log on into the game and my arms are not able to move and they just stay like a t-pose on the sides of my body how do i fix this. i can not even move my arms

This happens when mods arent disabled in monkey mod manager and a new gt version releases. Press windows button, search monkemodmanager, and click DISABLE MODS on the botton middle of the screen. If this doesn't work I can give you some other ideas.
