its not fixed. sliding on walls has had a serious balance change. im sliding facing the wall, straight across, whereas that never used to work, you'd slide straight down. the angles of movement have been narrowed extremely, the acceleration and commitment to the slide are up 200% for no good reason. this is gorilla tag, every map's techniques are a joke of skill, so why is the snow map suddenly going hard in the paint on nerfing slide techniques on a map the size of a soccer field? we barely got to enjoy it at first, then it gets nerfed? now its just a crappy ice level from mario 64: you slide or you slide and thats it. hackers have made the wall sliding mechanics obsolete anyway, im seeing 4 people slide full rotation around the map, 180 immediate flips just the most broken garys mod looking crap you've ever seen. 4 per match. its easier to mod this than to try and git gud at the controls, thats what they seem to be implying.
tl:dr this is the only skill that, instead of nerfing the terrain, lemming nerfed US, and it feels like crud to play. i dont want the map to die off, i want it to be fun, but if lemming doesnt crack the case of the wall slides i think its donezo
