It requires using your arms and no mouse nor keyboard can emulate the movement in the game.
Almost forgot: There's no buttons EXCEPT you have that option for turning, but i prefer to just turn in real life even though I nearly fell right over trying to tag a guy. Actually I prefer to turn in real life exactly because I almost fell over trying to tag a guy.
Like its fun because you can punch the ground to jump and learn how to run and dodge increasingly well as you play. I just figured out wrapping your arms around a tree branch to catch yourself, but its a work in progress.
If you just push a button and the guy on the screen jumps instead, there's tons of other games that would work better that way, but you can't equal this level of fun with the old ways.
CON: You will run out of energy and have to stop playing while you are having so much fun.
PRO: You will condition your body without realizing it, so you play longer and longer and
have SO much fun doing it. Closest you can get to jumping through trees while standing in your VR room.
