depends on how you use it, but its much easier to make it annoying than funny, so most people's experiences of them are annoying

I use a soundboard and people usually like it. If anyone tells me to turn if off, I do. Having people mute you isn't really bad, unless you wan't to talk to them. It's a way for people who want to hear it can, and for people who don't want to hear it don't have to.

Time it well or learn when it's funny to use it. People who spam their soundboards all the time ain't funny!

if you annoy people and ruin people's game playing sounds or music over the chat you can be reported,. If you annoy enough people and get enough reports you will get banned.

So risk it as you want but if you get banned you can't say you wasn't warned

i use one because my headset mic is broken and people have reported me. Its annoying for me.
