Is there anyway to view quests?

I'm still in the beginning of this game, but I have two different quests right now and can only view my active quest. Is there a way to view sidequests or change your active quest?

I'm early on too, kinda jumping from game to game. It looks like the Journal only shows you the quests and Objectives.

Some where along the line I got off the given path by exploring. It changed to the Maneater quest and not the so called Dragon.

I didn't feel powerful enuff to do the quest but finagled my way along. I got some item in my inventory from it, but it still shows the quest uncompleted.

I ran out of there and back to a safe area. It seems double clicking on a quest in the Journal will show you where to go.

You got further along than I did, I didn't even see a journal, only a map.
