How to run in Windows 11

[Razor]

Go to → System → Advanced System Settings
In performance heading click → Settings → Data Execution Prevention tab
Select → "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only"
Click apply and restart PC

Go to → directory installed game and open file → config.ini
Open file in notepad, find and edit those lines:

width=2650        ←
height=1440        ← type your native windows resolution
ChangeScreenRes=0
FullScreen=0

Save file and exit


Start the game and wait until loading 100% - it took some time
Press ESC for exit movie and now you should see setting game screen

Enter in → Setup → Video Modes
Switch full screen → check resolution → click Apply

and Voilà! You done!
The rest of the game settings depend on your taste
