Both concepts are the same, first set up a path for the mothership (plane that will carry the smaller plane) then go to the first waypoint of the mothership and create your plane that will be carried. Then set the target of the plane that will be carried to be attatched to the mothership, and that is all there is.
Essentially the plane that will be carried only needs 1 waypoint and its target must be set as the mothership/tow-plane.
To release the carried plane the mothership needs to have a GAttack waypoint, as soon as it switches to fly to a GAttack waypoint it will panic so to say and release the thing it was carrying.
