Game takes too long to start and it is impossible to play

When I start the game, both from the launcher and directy by the game executable, the game keeps in the splash screen for almost HALF an hour to open the game window. I tried with and without administrative permission.

After the game window opens, if I click in SETTINGS, it takes more then 15 minutes again to open it.

When I start the game, I can not click in any menu because it freezes again for more than 15 minutes.

My laptop have Forcepoint One Endpoint, BeyoundTrust Privilege Management, Windows Firewall (I added the game to allow inbound and outbound) and Windows Defender (I added the game folder in exclusions) enabled and I can not turn it off.

As far as we can tell, these issues are unique to and specific to your system and likely the security software you are running.

With that said, I would recommend you give the new 1.1.3.2 performance public beta a try, which now includes in-game VSync and FPS cap settings as well as a ton of performance improvements. Please see the pinned announcement in the main forum for more details.
