Gideon ult weakest ult in the game

i tried to compare his to every other character in the game and from my understanding his deals the least damage, out of everyone including supports. Am i wrong or is it really that bad

It has a lot of other aspects then just the damage. I guess that's why. He can do it while avoiding others, and he gets an ability shield for one ability. I honestly don't feel like its super underpowered.

His ult is used most likely for control purpose rather than dealing damage.

the fact that you can hover over 5 opponents doing damage to all of them makes up for lower single target damage in teamfights

His ultimate can do great damage with the right build and when the game is after 15 or 20 minutes.
