Their biggest point is it runs on UE5 whereas Overprime is on 4.
They have no ranked, no progression, no match history, no AI mode, missing several server regions, has an AWFUL item shop, the UI is disgusting, etc.
Predecessor is a niche community with an average of 1-4k. EA launch they hit only 7k. Where as Overprime was pulling 30k+ in the Final Test and 25-30k during this launch that just happened.
Easily without a question, OP. The #s don't lie.
Overprime has 35k.
The majority of players have spoken / taken action. Quality and opinion aside, whoever has the most players is where the PVP is. thats that.

The fact preds. devs suggested it would be 12+ months before new toons or ranked, that game is done for, that alone is a gamekiller. Strong feeling they wanted the early access cash grab using free assets without investing long term upgrades or stability.
If they make it f2p later on, it will be way too late. I won't switch after all these time.
where you look at the player count ?i want the site tho
