Game has stopped running

hi, i have happily been playing without any issues until recently. Now the game fails to start and brings up an error screen. im running Im running macOS 11.2.3 (20D91) and error extract shown below. Anyone else have this issue. Not able to attack from house

I have the board game and I have soviet actions to take and the game is not allowing me to attack units on the same colored track. Plus,when picking a wehrmacht card and the unit is placed on a track no ability to use the suppression counter

Some Soviets have no faces

again, new to the game so may be missing something. some of the reinforcement chits (forgot what those are called) have a shadow outline rather than a face. why is that? for example these 3 are just shadows, no faces like the others: Yakimenko, Sarkisan, Chernogolov....

Slight instability in tutorial

I've notice that from time to time the tutorial suddenly minimizes to desktop. This is not as serious as a crash to desktop, and the game is easily restored by clicking on the running game icon at the bottom of the screen. But it shouldn't be happening so easily on its own. (Boss/spouse buttons are great, but the player needs to have control over them)....
