Auto-Reincarnation?

So I have unlocked auto-reincarnation quite some time ago, (all R4-skills above 400). However, I'm really wondering, when I might be able to use it in a meaningful way (i.e. achieving reincarnation without having to touch anything).

Without equipping any skills or items, I'm currently at around ~5e16 DPS when clearing 5-4, and I don't have a good idea, where to get that missing 2000 times increase:

- I'm at 212 hidden mission milestones, right now. Getting to 230 may be feasible with some effort.
- All Road of X curses at level 5.
- 35 heart stones, right now. Obviously, if I had 3000, instead, that would help. But then that's the main thing that I would like to have auto-reincarnation for, in the first place.

What may I be missing (other than patience)?

Hidden mission milestones, heartstones, reincarnations. Anything that boosts stats (R4 skills don't really count). Proficiency boost might be helpful as well, depending on (un)locked skill passives.
A longer run to raise holy arch helps with the milestones (try at least 250, 300 would definitely be enough).
When I used auto-reincarnation for the first time, I afaik had ~200 heartstones and at least 250 hidden mission milestones (maybe 300, not sure about it now).

Ok, thanks. I was hoping, I might have overlooked something important. Grinding to ~200 heartstones does not sound like a lot of fun to me. Maybe I'll just have to write an auto-clicker script for that... Meanwhile I'll plunge into a deep run, hoping to clear some more hidden missions.

300 hidden missions would multiply your current dps by 1350. With some more R4 levels, this is (almost) the 2k times you need. The 250 milestone would require more reincarnations - not sure what is more feasible. I would certainly go for a long idle run (possibly weeks), but this is mostly because of my preference of longer runs.

Keep in mind that I just tried auto reincarnation at some point and iI had already over 5e20 dps by area 5-4. The ~200 heartstones were an overkill (100 would have been more than enough).

And obviously I assume you use all S-rank gear with all Road 1 and 2's completed 5 times.
