You'll find them the most around server desert

Mod Cape, the Pirate ship where Blk Gatomon is.

Just keep entering and exiting the door that leads to the room with the Vikemon and Silver Taomon + Blk Agumon, both rooms can spawn the Oily fruit plus several other very useful ones, so it's a great spot to farm.
