Recruiting Myostimon?

Decided to ask here because I'm really stuck-I can't recruit Myostimon no matter what I do or how many times I talk to him. I've tried looking up online what you need to recruit him, but it either says he doesn't need any or they're requirements I already have (e.g. I saw someone say you need to complete the meat v. veggie war quest-doesn't do anything for me.) If anyone has any idea what is required to recruit him, lmk.

Myotismon asks you to return his stolen Myobrella, which can be obtained from Turuiemon. Turuiemon is located at the Garbage Pile in the Logic Volcano. Handing over the Myobella will make him join.

Thank you for giving me the guide, but I should specify-I can't start the quest. Whenever I talk to Myostimon, he says "Who're you? hmph...haven't seen you around before. I imagine it's hard for you to understand my ideal. There's no worth committing you to memory." and then the conversation ends with no quest or digimail from him. I'm not sure what triggers his quest to start.

Hmm, i didn't have any problems recruiting him, but i noticed that i was only able to recruit certain specific digimon close to the end of the story. I would check in on botamon and recruit everyone else in the meantime until botamon tells you to recruit him.

Have you made sure that the museum has been constructed in Floatia? Did you recruit Omega Shoutmon/OmniShoutmon in Logic Volcano and go to the Entertainment District to get his museum introduction. Also check if Rosemon has been recruited.

okay, I finally figured it out. I didn't have Garudamon in my city, and as soon as I got them I could trigger the quest. It's likely because during Myotismon's quest, you also get Turuiemon to come to the city, and Turuiemon helps Garudamon in the city. Thanks for the help, everyone! I appreciate it.
