Is injury after a battle considered as care mistake?

So I won a battle with around 100 hp left and afterwards it says that my digimon was injured. Of course I gave it a bandage right afterwards but does this still count as a care mistake?

You mean training failure TF? If so it does not count. Here the list what it counts:
1. Not feeding your mons while training (until sad face appear on digi chat)
2. Falling asleep while training
3. Pooping while training
