Should I get numemon/geremon before increasing stats too much?
I'm asking this since from my understanding and due to how stat inheritance works, it should be fairly easy to have all the stats increased to unlock all evolution tree for champions, and I fear that this could lock me out of numeon/geremon, if all the stats are sufficiently high to grant all the evolutions available in the tree...

There are evolution items you can buy to force an evolution to almost any digimon in the game. BanchoLeomon sells the Rookie-to-champion ones, including Numemon, Geremon, and Sukamon. Tough fight though, he hurts real bad.

Oh I didn't know there were items even for those, lol. Actually I was able to defeat him by ExE fusion, so I have him in the item shop. I do wonder if using the items will count as unlocking them though.

1 thing to note idk it's validity but ppl are claiming using digivolution stones to digivolve can ♥♥♥♥ with your inheritance stats and make them worse

Really? Thanks for letting me know! I will try to get those evolution by normal then if possible.

I think the stats stay the same, as in not increasing at all like it normally would.
Take this info with a grain of salt though, as i've never used digivolution items before.

Wanted to get a filth type duo this playthrough, so i guess i can test things out when i get to that point

Do you mind sharing your finds when you do? If that's not a problem of course!
In any case though I will "waste" the next gen forcing numemon, geremon and sukamon.

can confirm my skills didn't go up when using a stone to go from ultimate to mega. Dna digivolved 1 character and used a stone to bring the other 1 back up. dna digivolve dropped my secondary partner 20% i stats, and bring it to mega it was still at that 20% loss. idk if i'll play long enough to see if it's reincarnation stats take a negative impact but i'll update if i do.

Reincarnation stats are based off of the highest stat you've ever had. So once you have a generation max out a stat the rebirths will never have less than 10% of that no matter what their direct predecessors actually reach in their own life span

they dont increase your stats and only boost lifespan by 1 day, so its best not to use evolution crystals unless youre forced to

Do they actually boost it? I've heard that those don't give any lifespan at all. Not going to use them if possible, I'd really prefer to get them naturally, unless I'm locked due to stats.
