Special attack skills

I always spamming double special attack skill in battle but occasionally 1 of my digimon would stop doing the charging animation for special attack and the battle just cannot end, like my other digimon keep doing the charging animation and the enemy keep attacking until their mana is gone until the 1 digimon that bugged (the 1 that not doing the charging animation) finally do the charging animation, this bug usually takes like 5-10 mins until the battle is back to normal, its so annoying.
Anyone ran into the same problem? Is there anything i can do to prevent this? Or maybe to fixed it when its happen?

Be thankful it didn't completely softlock on you after not having saved for 6 hours, as i have experienced in the past. xD

All you can do in those situations is wait it out and hope it didn't softlock. Or if you coincidentally just saved, reset the game straight away.

Ah so its not only me, because it never happened to me on my 1st and 2nd gen this bug started on my 3rd gen so i thought it tied to specific digimon.
Yeah i need to get myself used to manually save the game, i played so many games with auto save sometime i forgot to save.
