Where to farm with your ultimate digimon in chapter 1?
Unfortunately, i didnt level them when they were rookies and for the first machienedramon fight my mons are to weak. Is there any place i can still farm? I found that the black agumons got at least my STR to 1000, but are there similar places for the other stats or do i need to wait for my mons to die to start it anew?

Depends on the type of your Digimon and their stats/weakness... I like to farm the Seadramons on the Mod Ship 3.0, pulling just a single one (on the wooden bridge in front of you and to the left when you enter the screen). But if your Digimon are weak to ice attacks, it would be a pain. Or maybe the Saberdramons at the Cape Mod entrance if they aren't weak to air attacks?

Another place which comes to mind is the Logic Vulcano, fighting against Birdramons/BomberNanimons/Meteormons.

Or you can look for the "huge" Digimon and see what stats they give. Numemon/Nigh Plains, Botamon/Cape Mod (after Mod Ship 3.0 and the cabin, just avoid the Taomon in the cabin) or Nanimon/Server Desert. It seems there's no restriction for how many times per day they can spawn, if they are not there, just switch the screen repeatedly.

Just my suggestions, I'm not a pro in this game, just playing it for the third time :)

My two Silver Taomon even have problems with meteormons T.T They finally have average stats of 1k /10k for hp/mp but still are in a big disavantage there. All stronger mons are also shown as red, so there should be still a big gap. Anything i can do here to salvage it?

Sadly I don't know by heart what Digimon will give good stats for your team, I just remembered where I'm usually farming stats with ultimate Digimon. None of my suggestions is working? In that case you would have to wait for people who "studied" the game.

For the Machinedramon itself, there might be another option. If you can raise the bond and digi-friend very high (don't know the exact value to make it happen), you can try to let them die in the fight and with a certain chance an ExE will happen, if you didn't use it already on that day.

Would like to help you more, but this is everything I can tell you :(

First off all, for ExE you need at least one partner at mega and the other at ultimate or mega, so this wouldn't work on his current setup with 2 Taomons.

Secondly, DigiFriend doesn't matter for ExE. You need 100 Bond to each partner to manually command ExE in battle.

Lastly, trigerring ExE by losing a battle can occur without 100 Bond and has no limit as to how often it can happen a day. (Not sure if higher bond values give you higher chances, but i think they don't.)

On Normal Mode, with 1k stats overall you should have no problem with the Machinedramon fight. With the order point bug you can easily cheese any hard fight way earlier than on the original ps4 version.
Have you unlocked defense order? When you see Machinedramon prepare "Gigawatt Laser" Command both your partners to defend, or that laser can wipe you instantly.

with around 1k stats, you should be good on fighting machinedremon.
I suggest if you don't have it yet to get defence order. it unlocks the command to make your digimon take on a defense posture and it reduces the damage they would have taken.

in the fight try to get your OP to 150 so you can spam their ultimate moves and defend when the boss even looks like he's about to attack.
Heal when necessary and you should be able to win.
That's how i managed to get through that fight.

Just a little update: It finally worked out. It helped, that i got both of my mons to evolve to Phoenixmon and i got a better punch with the additional stats they got then. The restaurant helped here too, as the meals also give you additonal stats, which were lacking before.

Congrats! Soon you'll reach chapter 2. The true fun starts there ^^

Now that you are on your way to chapter two you will find more digimon to recruit and the world will open up a bit.
I recommend looking for resources while you travel around cause you will need them to upgrade the town facilities.

I already do that. I think that the dojo will help me now to prevent my mons to go the wrong path. They those 2 mons were should have gone the Angewomon and Were Garurumon BL route, but sadly they found their dao and became Toamon silver instead. Blocking paths is a good way here :D
