But that doesn't have to mean anything and it certainly won't be supported.
I suggest biting the bullet and downgrading to W10. It should still be possible to upgrade your W7 license to W10.
I thats what I figured since its just an older game ported with not much added. Not really interested in upgrading conisidering this was a surprise release to me and this is the "newest" game I've had any interest in playing in the past 10 years. I can certeinly live without it as long as I've still got my tried and true version of windows. Just wanted to know if anyone tested before I bother buying really.
update your OS system
Still works great aint neccesary
No security updates no nothing and Steam will be going Windows 10 minimum soon but ok.
Still works amazingly for the things I use it for and I'm not worried about future releases and I haven't had any issues with security. I'm not gonna fall for the fear mongering its a complete myth that you can't be safe without security updates. If you're stupid yeah you're screwed but if you know what you're doing its not likely you'll get hacked.
It's a fact that staying on end-of-life OS' (and/or neglecting updates) is essentially an invitation for cyber-attacks and other technical issues.
"but cyber-criminals focus on the new stuff" - well they sure are trying to find weaknesses there, but old OS that don't get updates anymore are basically solved and wide open.
Sources?
Myth? kindly explain then why so many businesses still using outdated OS get compromised then? it's not a myth there is no fear mongering it is real but I mean if you want to leave yourself vulnerable online, potentially wide open even it's your choice but you're delusional if you think this is a myth.
