Can you have your own Machinedramon?

So Machinedramon was one of my most favorite Digimon ever, but seeing how they have him as the archenemy it makes me wonder, can we not have our own since he is the villain?

Also is there a website that will show all the Digimon that you can collect and obtain in this game?

You can get him. There is a website called grindosaur (As Eirohir linked) that list them all and the stats and digimon needed to digivolve into them.
