unbearable controls

title, played world 1 on ps1 and loved it.
from what ive seen this games controls look so non intuitive playing this with mouse and keyboard looks atrocious.
whats your setup/keybindings do you get used to it? if i buy it i want to enjoy the game but from videos ive seen its just pain

I knew from Cybersleuth that playing mouse and keyboard would be suboptimal, so I opted for the controller.

ya the keyboard controls are terrible also not mentioned in the in-game help, only the configuration screen. This is basically controller only.

Bandai can find new ways to show how lazy and uncaring they are. if I buy a game on the compuer it's because I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ want to play with keyboard.

yeah so far the displayed controls not changing to keyboard is whats driving me to refund the game, sad since the devs actually put decent keybindings in. just hard to get into blind.

Uh... I hate to discredit those ones, but I've been playing this with an Xbox controller without issue.
(albeit, a 3rd-party one I got at Walmart for $24)

So, no, I can confirm it can be played with an Xbox controller.
(Now a DualShock, I could believe that. Those things struggle to work on a lot of PC games)

so i ended up getting it and fyi for anyone a PS4 controller works perfectly fine with this game and is very intuitive and responsive.

Issue is that they are lazy and the prompt command are for controls only

why you compare something you used to play w/ controller, then play its sequel using keyboard/mouse then complaint
