Can we romance more than one girl at a time without consequence?

Nothing personal, but I have a habit of not buying early access games. A full release date would be nice to know.

As for the EA, will chapters change dramatically? Like if you join now and play the chapters, will you miss out when you do revisions, or are the chapters basically done, polished and good for and the EA is more like an episodic release?

My game updated but Episode 3 is still not fully voiced when I try to go there through the episode hub. (It also still claims that Episode 3 has yet to be finished despite the update)
