Fixing Merge file Issue

This is something that needs to be addressed as it looks like a lot of users are struggling with the same thing, after 1 or 2 uses the files stop merging in M4B files.

My current work around that works everytime is using the support, repair option everytime I close the software, since I have started doing this I have had no problem with merges but this means that something is getting broken when the software is closed.

Yeah I'm having this issue too. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
