No Infernal Power on map4

Hi,

I've killed about 4 bosses and still no infernal power was dropped. I only get a massage, that this boss didn't had the infernal power and I shall build my maze and wate for the real boss... It's year 33 and strongest wave had a power of 2800. Any Ideas? Do I have to just play around and wait to day XXX???

Starting on map 4, there is a later game boss that drops the power, it's a bit higher than wave 2800, keep going!
