Alright I cave... hints for these?
I think I'm almost done, at 84%. Not spoilers, just hints on the key for these.

-The paint shelf in the Workshop. That's the one token I have left and I already did the laser puzzles and took care of the shirt and shoes, I think the paint shelf spinning cans is the thing I'm supposed to be able to solve next, unless I'm missing something? Unfortunately despite it being a token, the only in game hint is "look for clues or items". Well, I've tried all kinds of things with those cans trying to find consistency, nothing, looked through the inventory notes for a clue, nothing...

-Wine barrel pyramid in basement and buttons. Tried pushing the buttons corresponding with each of just the barrels, bottles, or grapes, got nothing. Looked around the area and in my inventory for notes on what can be done... nada. Would appear to be no in-game hints since this is collectible related.

-Cleaning symbols courtyard puzzle. I know it's kind of hard to give a "hint" for this since it just amounts to missing a few symbols, but I've looked high and low and wondering if maybe there's a whole room I'm unaware of that includes these. I currently have the counters at 5-3-7-5, I've played around trying to add one or two to some of them. Are the yellows really exclusive to that one tiny storage room with the plaques?

Hello

Alright, let me give you the hints:

- You are correct, it is indeed the spinning cans that you will need to work on.
Alas, there must be something that tells you what exactly the spinning cans should spell out.
There is an icon of a bookshelf on the top of the place where you can rotate these cans.
I suggest looking for something that has the same icon on it in the Workshop.

More precise help:
There are pictures with the shelf icon and a set of words following them.
You will need to look for 4 such posters to get the correct order for each row of cans.

- The wine barrel is connected to the Chef, as written in one of his confessions, the Admiral has shown him something quite peculiar in the basement. I would suggest looking in his room for the clue.
More precise help:
You can pick up a drawing from the Chef's corkboard, called Strange Drawing. It is next to the huge pile of cans in his room.

- As for this one, it is not easy to spot all of those symbols. I can tell which room or rooms correspond to which color.
Blue is for the servant toilet and bathroom combined.
Yellow is for the servant storage room, yep just that small room.
Green is for the servant courtyard, meaning the open area with the tree in the middle.
Red is for the three servant rooms, you need to get the keys for these to access them first, from the Butler's room.

However, you are not far off at all so I would just look at the spoiler section of what I wrote and check the locations in the video link, or just input the code and proceed.

More precise help:
The code is: 6487
From the 51st minute of this video you can follow along as they look for the symbols:

I hope this was helpful and tell me if you need another nudge with some of these :)

I already got the strange drawing and opened the tunnel - I'm talking about the pyramid puzzle, not the flashing lights one.

...no offense but I literally said barrel PYRAMID, how do you get the other one from that? Especially when I mentioned grapes, bottles, and barrels... Now I just wasted a lot of time looking in the Chef's room for nothing, only to check the spoiler tag to see you thought I meant the other one...

Seriously though what's the deal with that? I even tried looking it up, but everything says "just see the pyramid arranged in the same way. NO ♥♥♥♥, I see it, but what do I do with it?! Already tried all the grapes, all the barrels, and all the bottles, nothing... I don't understand what it wants from me. If I'm supposed to...

Non taken, I misunderstood indeed.

You should take a look at the side of the actual buttons you can push and then at the barrels themselves.

If you crouch down on the right side of the buttons you can see these symbols:

More precise help:
Each row has a symbol on the side, indicating to press the matching buttons according to the pyramid of stacked barrels to the left.
- Top row: Buttons 2 and 3
- 2nd row: Buttons 1 and 4
- 3rd row: Buttons 1 2 and 5
- Bottom row: Buttons 1 3 and 4
