cash register not working

I am at the register with customers and there is no prompt to show me how to use the register. I looked online and left shift was to activate the popup window. I tried everything and get nothing. Am I supposed to fail the 5k loan? Is there any way to fix this?

What does the objective on the right say? Is it to serve customer or to do something else? Before serving customers for first time we have an extra objective usually.

I had the same problem, cash register started working as soon as I placed outdoor decorations

You need to read the email about how to work the cash register before you can interact with the customers.

Well I didn't receive the email to activate the cash register, yet uncle whats his name sent the email to purchase the extra parking space. The recommendations didn't help unfortunately. I have played it from scratch twice and no email for cash register activation. Hey devs, what am I doing wrong here?

Same problem here, all other objectives i did receive are done.

Did another restart & now the casregister works (after i buy another outside item)..
BUT.. another problem atm :
When i pick up trash costumers of the shop did trow on ground.. u can see garbage sack is full & give signal to trow it away (with rmb)... but u can not trow it away, because u keep holding the full garbage sack in your hands, can not pick up more to put inside & can not trow it away... when i close sack vieuw, the same repeats every time when i open it again & again.. !
Then got signale to pick up the phone again.. when i walked to it, just before i reach.. some 'big shot' holds me and ask for uncles money & knock me out...
end of prologue... lol.
(i did pay all i could, but oc could not pay the full 5000,- in total at such a short time, but i assume that is meaned to be like this then).
