You can't. The game is currently set to show you what happens if you don't pay.

it doesn't matter the demo will end once you head torward the road after time is up

you cant it is just prologue it just ends because it is not the full game but i suggest doing the survey to help the devs

Same result, its a demo so its locked to that ending

Even if you avoid heading to the road, you'll run out of fuel and stock and won't be able to reorder. Game over either way....
