Anyone try their luck jumping Rudy through the hoop?

I have tried, but don't catch any air. I was considering another play through and using some trash to extend the ramp to the hoop.

What are your thoughts?

Did you ever try this method?
I just came upon the ring ramp also, and I'm surprised to see no-one really talking about or trying it out on any gameplay videos I've watched!
I was able to glitch Rudy through the hoop backwards after I got stuck, but I don't count that as a win lol
I will try your method and see if it yields results.
However I think its unlikely to unlock any achievements sadly, although I think it should.. just like placing the UFO on the deck with the UFO arrow marked on it.. I felt like this should have given an achievement or produced a card or something.
