Mix between adaptive and region locked mode & Hybrid specialisations

It's kinda hard to choose which mode to play in which is why I've been putting off playing this game for a while now.

Adaptive is nice but I don't like how every one you fight automatically matches your level and numbers

So the current specialisations is 1 or 2 max it's been a while since I played and if you change it starts you back at level 1 which kind of sucks because you lose your knowledge and all that work, it would be nice to either keep the skill levels or allow us to have more specialisation so I don't have to keep running 12 man squads
