Heretic's Farm - County of Arthes

I've tried looking up any information about this quest but I can't find any. There's a chest that requires an ornate key to open, but I have no clue where to get the key. Any help would be appreciated. If this is tied to the DLC's (which I don't have) then that would make sense.

Go to where the waves of the Artesian sea collide with the powerful waves of Belerion (Does it sound pompous? I'm following the style of the game's lore). Go down the rope to the shore. There you will find a cache. And don't thank me for the hint.

The clue is the woman you rescue at the improvised burning stake - that is her house -- she says she threw the key into the mountains ...
Mind you, get her throwing weapons, that woman has an arm.... but I digress....

You will need a couple of pitons, but you can find the key down a couple ledges fairly nearby.

Took me a while to figure out the location..."west in mountains", like that was useful. Anyway, just go south and where the road starts to go east and north kind of head to the south west. Will need two pitons to lower yourself down the cliffs.
