Sepulchre door Grinmeer

I've got all 5 rows of codexes completed, and the Grinmeer door shows on the map, but none of my combos (from the codex rows) seem to work.

What name (Artist, Combatant, etc.) applies for the Grinmeer door?

I ran them all again to make sure I wasn't crazy -- it opened.

The Grinmeer door is opened with the Merchant row of codexes.
