I have not seen Toothpaste in the 1.0 release.
The Personal Cup plans are for sale in the jail in Grinmeer Province, up by the Great city of Gosenberg.
The Training Dummy plans are on sale in the Arena in Ludern Province.
but you have to beat the boss and his "pet" in Ludren.. Ugh, I still haven't succeeded.
Oh that boss is horrible. Not to mention those sneaky little wolves in the corners. I’m still not able to beat him on easiest difficulty. If you kill the bowman, the bear enrages and one hits everyone.
I was wondering about this, as I had not seen it for sale on random merchants. It used to be a major way of gaining trust with a prisoner, so I presume that process is now more difficult.
Using the grooming kit on a prisoner, on each rest, is actually unreliable and may be bugged. On the first two attempts, it will improve trust, but if you continue to use it in additional rests, it will actually lower trust. At least, I assume that it is a bug, since the message in the relationship page mentions that the prisoner appreciates it, yet the event is marked in red, as though it were a negative event. And the prisoner's trust does indeed decrease. I had a situation where, after using the kit for the third time, the prisoner went from Satisfied to Wary,
I thought this would have been fixed in 1.0 but it does not appear to be.
Yea and the bear is sooooo Tanky. If not for the wolves, I send in my bear squad and eat them up.
