Where can I get a plague cure?

I will assume you are in Tiltren, the first region. Check the village called Stromkapp. There will be the Inn, Blacksmith, Mayor Hall, Market (to buy food and goods), and, the Herbalist Shop. Its in that Herbalist Shop which will have the vendor which sells the item you need.
Bonus tip: Interact with the table, inside that shop, to unlock alchemy profession.

Alchemy shop in Tiltren sells one, there are also these small bands of units wearing iron face masks that will sell you some.

There is, I have it. Can't recall where I got it. I think Arthes, which was a 3rd zone for me.

There was a plague potion recipe in the game but not a plague cure recipe prior to the release. Just finished the whole arthes after the release and there is no recipe of the plague cure either.
I doubt there is one in the game so far though.

I can make a potion which cures the plague (the one which makes your mercs carnivore). Takes the infected brain, mosquito part and something else.

Ah I'm in Arthes as my 2nd zone atm 1 quest away from being done then most likely north after for the 3rd I still haven't found the recipe for it yet

no worries, seek out the wandering band of plague doctors (i've been only to two regions so far, but both of them had them), they have a snike-like symbol over their heads. they will sell you the cure.

The wandering Purifiers in Tiltren sold me the recipe iirc.

Oh yeah not even sure how i even got it but I had a plan for it in my inventory after doing stuff and don't remember purchasing it at all wonder if its random loot from some places too
