Which is a nice mechanic, go last and go first mechanic.
But in reality I don't even bother with that Lucilla, but I can see why that mechanic is cool.
Same way all those Deserters Hammer guys can be ignored.
Cause they don't do damage till the next turn. and then you can either move out or kill them.
They are a problem early on when you don't have enough Damage output.
And 3 of them surround you. but play with a small party and you won't encounter 10 of them that surround you.
