do map resources RESPAWN?

n00b question. i'm picking up alot of random stuff like iron ore and comfey while travelling overland. do these resources respawn after awhile? or is it once-only?

Resourses, mining nodes, fishing spots and choping places respawn over time.

Yeah, even the mining nodes inside the mines respawn (it's magic! :D ), so it's worth it to check in on the mines when you walk past them even if you know you've already been in there :)

(at least it was that way in early access, haven't checked if it's still the case in 1.0, but I'm pretty sure it is)

Info correct up to last build:
Timer on most mine nodes is a little over 6 days. The fishing spots seem to recover slower.
Map resources respawn in about a week.
