gOLDEN KEY

Hey guys. Ive found a golden key. I see a lot of threads of where i can GET the keys. But where can i actually USE them?

there are several locations in the game in which you can use ornament or golden keys. Ornament keys you can also find in tombs as also use them there but I would recommend you to keep one or two of them with you because a quest in gosenberg (Big City) needs one and if you dont have extra, you will be one too short.
Golden keys sometimes drop or can be earned at the place you also need them for (chest, or anything else) so check the place you got it from closely to see if you missed something. :)

If you got the golden key from dealing with the refugee bandits in the mine. Then the closest chest is in the guards camp just outside in one of the tents.
