Action Bar

Is there a way to customize the action bar in combat? Some of my abilities are in the second tier but there are spaces in the first tier.

1. During the battle, you need to turn on the second page with the mouse cursor.
2. Move the cursor to the active skill that needs to be moved to page 1 and click on it (drag and drop)
3. By dragging this skill to the second page icon, the pages will switch to the first page. And your active skill will be placed on the first page.

Also make sure you enable modification of skill order in general options; second option from the bottom.

This is what this forum is for. I had exactly the same problem after the Skelmar DLC. And I was also told how to manage skills correctly. The game is very confusing and without other players' hints it is almost impossible to master some mechanics.
