Washed-out Look/Too much Fog everywhere?

I just bought the game, been watching some YouTube content of it before to see if it's my thing - and the game looks totally washed out/desaturated and everything is covered in grey fog.

How do I remove that to get the same game look as in videos of content creators? The way it looks right now is so bleak and dull :(
