Editing skills bar?

if some skills are on the second page of the bar, how do i get them back onto the first page so all my skills for a character are on one bar/ the 1st page of the skills bar

Go to Options -> General, then scroll all the way down to the Advanced section. Turn on 'Allow the modification of the skill order in combat'. You can now Click + Drag skills to move them on your bar in combat.

yeah but there are multiple pages of skills. and idk how to move a skill from page 2 back to page 1. like you can click and drag skills left and right. but going up and down to page 1 and page 2 you cant?

While dragging the skill, hold your cursor over the up or down tab to swap between bars and you can drop your skill into the new bar.

Wow... awesome, thank you. its pretty janky to do it, but it works.
