Crown of the Lord of the Seas
Guys, has anyone noticed if this crown works at all? The debuff is triggered when killing enemies but is not displayed on enemies like other debuffs. The Helmet of Legends has the same property and it is displayed on the enemy.

It is a known issue that they cant reproduce for some reason.

I double checked and as soon as I removed the Legends helmet, the Crown started working.
