[New Patch] Conversion Oil is back, and got souls mates achievement.

Near Hulberg (small mountain town in Drombach), there's plague doctor (?) NPC on the map which sells conversion oil. I've read from somewhere the oil was in game and got removed, but apparently it's back.

Also, I've played this game for 200~ hours after getting it on May but souls mates achievement dialogue never procced during that time. However, about 3rd rest after patch, the camp dialogue finally procced and I've got the achievement. It's possible that it's just a coincidence but I think dev fixed it.

Sucks All modern comforts is still not proccing. Might proc if I throw away all the camp equip and remake them all but don't feel like doing that atm.
