Skills are given by equipment not faction.
- get their equipment and you will have their skills
Traits are random, as usual.
Talents are within their talent tree. Prisoners are very limited in what talents they can choose. I have seen only linear developement, no choices to make there.
Faction bonuses are simply that: FACTION BONUSES, so you can not get them when you are not part of their faction.
Leader auras are on the level of superheroes. I dont think any of them is obtainable as for the most part, any of them would make the player instantly overpowered by many levels.
e. g. : double movement, +40 crit hit chance, free attacks of oportunity on the end of turn from simply standing near enemy, etc... I dont like this, as it being only on the side of the NPC makes it look like playing against cheaters but I guess its the limitation of the engine, so NPC brains insuficiency is balanced out by irational boosts so that players can face surrealistic chalenges within the presented world.
