What are resolutions and where to equip them?

Resolutions can be activated through your troop banner (yes, it's a weird idea!). Once you have a banner in your camp just right click on it and a list of "resolutions" appears, they're basically troop bonuses which last until your next rest which cost you a certain amount of influence. They are useful but you need to bear in mind the time limitation on them - no point in taking a 50lb boost in carry capacity to cart away those ghost carcasses if you're miles from the nearest stash point and your troop is almost exhausted

good question, it was in the crafting area like some of the others for me, just needed 1 point to unlock it

I wouldn't swear to it but I think the tinker recipe for it becomes available once you appoint a lieutenant - they're the ones who get to carry it around should you so chose
