Hi, can someone please tell me, where to find MARHEIMs crate? I have already stolen the map, but I cant find the spot. Is it in Vertruse province?

Btw: Are there CROSS PROVINCE quests?!? Quests, that you pick up in one province, but have to go to another province to solve?

The clue is in the crate of the building you get this quest from. You need to steal the item in the crate located there to advance the quest.

Yes, there are: trade missions and 'inform' missions. Trade- buy local goods and sell as normal in the target town, getting normal profit plus the bounty; inform- see the Informant at the inn in the target town.
Also, there's a quest in Drombach that will send you to 3 other counties.
