Are yousure is a trait? not a title? Did you get an upgrade point after it? Is so it's just a title like braggart or bulwark. Those are good. If it's not the case and it is in the list of negative trait's the only negative trait I know how to get rid of is drunkard.

Its a trait, I've had an archer of mine get this trait for the same reason before but Idk if there's any way to remove it or not

reduces the precision of your archers by IIRC 10%.

Ouch. I do have an archer with the opposite trait 10%+ but I have no idea how she got it or how to get rid of bad traits except drunkard. Maybe we will have some sort of healer NPC in a future update?

Not absolutely certain but I think you get the cross eyed trait as a result of shooting one of your own team more than once. Sometimes the person that gets whacked will have the dialogue after a rest when there's an option to spend time training the archer or two-hander moron so they don't do it again but I've no idea if this will remove the trait. Through bitter experience I've learnt to always pick archers with the precision trait to remove any possibility of blue on blue incidents as well as giving you the extended range ability.

You can remove negative traits with the "Buy a Drink" feature, which is available if you have the "Drinking Buddies" skill (2 Knowledge points). A character who "Adores" another character (Best Friends) can "Buy a Drink" for that character, and the two will each lose a negative trait, for a cost of 2 drinks and 300 influence.
