Even with the headband leveling my BS is mind numbingly slow.

On resting why does the tinkerer make blacksmith raw materials but the blacksmith doesnt have a workstation to gain exp and produce coal or something ?

Like a forge you put wood into and over the rest it makes coal like the drying rack produces leather ?

Leather literally runs all around you day and night 4 the taking. Yet we need a drying rack to make more ? I get it the drying rack does other stuff but its not the issue.

Can we please throw the BS a bone and give him a workstation in camp ?

By the time he gets enough exp to make late game items ive lost interest in the game and moved on.

I agree to add an anvil for the camp and to raise the prices so that it is profitable to sell our craft.
It would be nice if the blacksmiths sold some component too.
Adding a weapon and armor upgrade blacksmith skill would be nice, crafted items have a fixed level, while item stats increase with levels.
Crafting items in forge is not always optimal, often enemies have better stats on their weapons and armor ...

It takes a bit longer than an overnight rest to turn wood into coal - like several thousand years. Having a full on forge with a furnace, bellows, anvil etc would seem a bit to much to be carrying around with from camp to camp. I actually don't find levelling the blacksmith half as tedious as levelling the tinkerer and it's nothing like as cost effective once you get the arms/armour dealer titles. It is a grind and maybe the balance has been thrown out of whack by the last update.

w/e werks, we will eventually get more camp equipment and maybe even a base we can take over/occupy.

We might as well give some input now even though i never hear oe read of them liking anything we ever say.

Is the only place the connect with the community the discord ?
