Missing ship commands.

I'm trying to 100% Belerion, but I am missing 3 ship commands. the ones that come directly after "Stretches", but before "Naval training".
Anybody have their list open and can tell me what those 3 are, and what you did to get them? Also missing one figurehead (the one before the steel siren; the very first one).

nevermind, turns out they were just hidden inside circular reefs I had not explored yet. And of course the figurehead is the final reward. just 100% completed it. very fun. I kept getting spanked at the end there until I realized I needed MULTIPLE characters to load the ballista, not just wait for my ballista guy to come off cooldown. doh.
